Terms and Conditions for Instant Listing Notification Service

MoveFrog.com’s Instant Notification service provides to the User for thirty (30) continuous days notifications via email or text message each time a listing is marked available that matches the User’s Search Criteria. Standard text messaging rates apply, and MoveFrog is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User within or outside of his/her individual wireless phone plan. The User can deactivate and reactivate Instant Listing Notifications whenever they please, but the service is good for thirty (30) continuous days, irrespective of time spent actively receiving Instant Listing Notifications. New listings are inputted directly by landlords or their representatives using MoveFrog.com and, upon submission, are instantly sent out to Users with matching Search Criteria. Because Instant Listing Notification holds value immediately upon activation, this service has a no-refund policy.

The Free Trial Period starting on August 31, 2007 is temporary and will end in October 2007, at an exact date to be determined by MoveFrog. At that point, Users will have the option to purchase Instant Listing Notification at the normal price of $5.00 for 30 days for emails or $10.00 for 30 days for text messages.
