MoveFrog has teamed with ScreeningOne, one of the country's major screening providers, to offer landlords and property management companies a comprehensive suite of tenant screening reports. Accepting credit reports and other documents directly from tenants is not recommended, because this information can be outdated, digitally altered, or falsified in other such ways. Our products include:

TenantClear Scorecard – Simple recommendation tool based on customizable screening criteria. Click for example.
Eviction Records Search – Search for evictions, liens, and judgments filed from all 50 states. Click for example.
National Criminal File Search – Search multiple criminal record sources, covering more than 200 million criminal conviction records across the United States. Click for example.
Complete Credit History Reports* - Complete Credit History Reports from the TransUnion and/or Experian credit bureau systems, detailing an applicant’s credit and debt information, including bankruptcy proceedings, collection accounts, and civil litigation records. Click for example.
